Spiral Freezer Systems For Deep Freezing and Cooling Food Product

The spiral freezer systems are widely used in fruit/vegetable processing plants, poultry, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, pasta (macaroni) production plants, bakery including cake production and bread production plants. 

The food product is pre-cooled or deep freeze on modular belt system of the spiral freezer in most applications about 15 – 100 minutes depending on the product. 

In deep freezer applications, the core temperature of the food product is brought to -18 ⁰C in spiral freezer system. 

The modular belt system is non-stick, hygienic and anti-bacterial compared to the conventional system.
